Saru stands in the corner smirking again kinda smug that he knew that kinaro was a kaguya. He looks over at Shikayero.

* shinaro sits in front of the hokages desk with his eyes closed shinaro seems very calm and contempt * this is known and as my intell has told me lately the elders of the hyuuga clan techniques have disappeared along with the secret scrolls that were supposedly in the vault on the uchiha clan... by a genjustu user * he opens his eyes * thats quite a big leak cause from what i'm aware of now is that entire clan of the uchiha clan has risen again and with those secrects they could be quite deadly to this village... concidering the history this village has with the uchiha clan

i don't think so...cause if that were the case someone would have noticed i think it was someone that knew the village very well, but that not the big problem as of right now... the rice country has grown in the last four year on an extremely large scale and from the information i hear its from my own brother who has brought back the uchiha clan and has took apon himself of the old studies one of your villages aceint sannin's orochimaru* he looks out the window

I fear we may start to see history repeat itself which is why a firm alliance between our villages would be a strong step forward in stomping out this issue."

* he looks at the hokage again* good as long we are on the same page about this...if you can't tell i'm new to this kazekage thing i was never seen as the more politely correct shinobi but from some reason our master requested me the new kazekage * he looks at them both* i have already had the elders from my clan write up the treaty agreement * he holds out his hand and in a "poof" of smoke a offical document from the sand village appears in shinaro's hand *

Shikayero looks it over quick. "Sounds good to me. What is the current state of your village? And I may want to have a talk with your Head Ninja not you but the one that is in charge of your military tactics. "
Saru walks over to the desk. "Lord Hokage if I may be so bold as to request that we set up an ambassador program between our villages. That way we can keep in contact and keep track of each other."

He looks at Shinaro. "I don't really know I am sure there is someone in this village that has good relations with the sand and vice versa."
Shikayero looks at Saru. "Would you be opposed to being that guy. I know you have been away for so long but already know these two and you could train your earth style jutsu in the Sand. I know you prefer to use other techniques but it wouldn't hurt. In fact, it could become a great asset."
