Clan Name: Karama Clan
History//Legend of the Clan:
The legendary Karama clan was founded by Katsu Kazama. Katsu was origionally born into a special family but his genes had mutated from those of his father who carreid special powers of his own. Katsu had the most peculiar set of eyes hsi parents had ever seen. People tended to feel unnerved around what most kids at the academy called Katsu's demon eyes though they were not the eyes of a demon. In fact the eyes had nothing demonic about them but they did hold a great power.The eyes of a Karama hold the key to an alternate dimension which they can transport themselves and others into by simply looking at them. Because of this power Katsu became a great spy because in this alternate dimmension the Karama can see and hear everythign going on in the normal dimmension but cannot be seen or heard or even make contact with the people in the other dimmension. This was exccelent for spying because thick walls were never again a problem and guards meant nothing if you weren't really there. Katsu as the progenerator of this clan found a wife and settled down only to be apporached by the Kazekage and asked to lead a secret Anbu faction for Sunagakure. Katsu being a loyal soldier his whole life could not deny his lord and graciously accepted the position. The Karama clan began to spread rapidly. Katsu had 4 children, 2 boys and 2 girls. Now these children all gained their fathers eyes but the eyes came with a draw back, if they would stay in the alternate dimmension for to long they would become trapped. Katsu had developed a solution to this by going in after his trapped children for he could stay in this dimmesion for as long as he wanted and by using his powers he would bring his children back. Over the course of the 600 years the Karama clan has come around it seems only every 5 generations can the user sustain limitless time in what the Karama clan began calling the void. Those lucky enough to be born into a fith generation ar ehte one tasked with running the clan. As the clan has evolved so have their eyes. The clan have found a way to use their doujutsu for battle instead of just stealth. Usually the clan member would use it to commit stealth kills or just to fight an enemy in silence. this became a dangerous practice though because the Karama who wasnt of fith generation can only stay in the alternate dimmension for 10 minutes at a time before needing a 30 minute cool down and many clan members were lost to the void. When a meeting of the clans elders and new heads comes around it is always held in the void for saftey and security reasons. By holding the meetings in the void it was sure that no assassains could get to them and no evesdroppers would find out their plans. Through the generations it has been said that Katsu Karama had been touched by a god and that is why he gained the wonderful eyes that gave birth to this grand clan. Another myth of the Karama clan is that the sword passed down from Katsu's Father to Katsu who he passed on to his oldest son and so on and so fourth actually contains the soul of Katsu's Father but none can acually confirm that suspicion.
Kekkei Genkai//Bloodline of the Clan:
The unique Kekkei Genkai of the Karama clan is a doujutsu that goes by the name of the Karagan. The Karagan allows a user to open portals to another parralel dimmension and travel freely between this dimmension and the other. When a Karagan user uses the doujutsu it takes him or her to another dimmension where everything is the same as their normal dimmension except they are like a ghost and can phase through objects and cannot be seen or heard but can still listen to everyone else. A skilled Karagan user can even transport a non Karama into the void(the other dimmension) with them at the cost of expending a mass amount of chakra. For a clan member to transport another persona dn themselves into the void it is like an uchiha using tskuyomi and can be very dangerous for the shinobi doing it if they are not careful. The bonus to bringing someone else into the void with a Karama is that in a fight the Karama clan has learned to manipulate the void and gain the ability to move about as if gravity doesnt effect them and at speeds normally immposible for anyone but the fabled yellow flash of konoha. Along with their doujutsu the Karama clan has developed a special jutsu called Into The Void which allows them to create a portal that an unsuspecting opponent may run into. Another ability known only to fith generation Kazama's is the ability for them to project their void forms in the normal dimmension yet still maintain their intangibility and extreme speed and weightlessness. The downfall to their projection is that because they are still intangible they cannot attack until they leave the void but that is easily done for one of fith generation because they have the ability to take themselves in and out of the void as the please without expending much chakra at all. During the transportataion between dimmensions the Karama must have their eyes open and be able to see around them or they risk being blinded by what happens in the void. The void itself is not as nice a place as it sounds though. Inside the void many creatures have began to appear which are assumed to have been brought there by some Kazama's for training but when they couldn't handel them they had to leave the void and forever imprissoned the beast's and on occasion other shinobi. While in the void a Non-Karama will not age or be affected by huger or thirst but to bring a shinobi back after as little as 3 days everything happens immidiately, they become dehydrated, hungry and three days older now for extremes where a shinobi may have stayed in the void for a year even if allowed to eat and drink before returning to the normal dimmension they would rapidly age and it has been known to kill them. The third, final, most deadly, and most costly jutsu for a Karama to use is one developed by Katsu himself called between the void. This jutsu lets the Karama capture another shinobi between the void and the normal dimmension immediately killing the shinobi at the cost of the Kazama's health and in some cases even life if the member is not of fith generation. Their is also a fabled advanced level of the Karagan though very few have been able to use it throught the years one of which being Katsu himself. It is said the only way to obtain this fabled form is through intense training and spending many days in the void. Many Karama have died trying to obtain this fabeled doujutsu for only the strongest of the Karama clan may use this version of the doujutsu. It takes immense self control to use the highest form of the karagan for it can do things that are unimaaginable such at transport just the insides of another person into the void leaving them an empty husk for lack of a better word and all it would take is for the Karama who did it to get angry and lose control or to stare at the otehr person for one minute and say the key word.

- Clan Training :: For a Karama to become strong in their doujutsu they must be taught by an elder though it is possible to learn on their own it usually results in being caught in the void. A Karama can begin to learn to use their doujutsu as soon as it surfaces in them which in some cases isnt until their adulthood but in otehr cases has happened as early as 5 years old. It is important that a Karagan user be taught to use their Karagan immediately after it becomes active. After obtaining and mastering the regular Karagan some try for an advanced form which they must train for a week on stop pushing their body to its very limits in the void nearing death just to be saved by the new powers they would be granted. Only the Strongest most self controlled of the Karama are even permitted to try and if its found that someone not approved by the council of elders is trying then the clan enforcers are sent into the void to take care of them.
- Population :: Most of the Karama have Red or Black hair and usually have Green eyes until the day they activate their Karagan which then turns their eyes into a lifeless gray color. The normal dress for a Karama is a shirt with their clan symbol on the back and whatever pants and shoes they see fit. Most all of the Karama are proud people who love their clan and their village. The main difference between a Karama and a normal everyday citizen is a Karama is never afraid to die for what they believe in no matter what the odds they will fight if they have to but they are also very inttelectual and tactical along with their driving pasisons.
- Nature//Values :: The Karama clan is a proud clan who could be described best as enforcers of the law no matter what it takes. If that mens they have to kill you then so be it. The Karama clan Have always been loyal to the Kazekage and to Sunagakure. If you have a Karama as a friend you can gurantee you won't be getting lied to and that they will do anything they can do to help you. Karama value Family more than anything and this may come all the way back from Katsu himself who idolized his father and wanted to do everything with him and to be just like him. That is a common trait in all Kazama, so if you are fmaily of a Karama or a friend close enough they call you family consider yourself lucky because that means that they will lay their life down for you.
