He looks on and nods. "Yes, he might be in the Sound too, if not in the Rain." He slides a finger across the sheath of his sword and the sheath, along with the sword, dissolves into a cloud of diamond dust that vanishes, to hide his sword.

"Heh, perhaps not." He looks up as it begins to drizzle lightly. "It shouldn't be long now. 12 hours I'd say. We should arrive by morning. I'd rather not run in order to conserve energy. If he's there, he won't be running anymore." Miles away, in the depths of the Rain Village, the sound of rapid sloshing footsteps can be heard in the rain as someone runs gracefully through the back alleyways, holding something in her hands while about a dozen others give chase.  Up ahead of her, a rigged explosion goes off, which sends her rolling to the side and near the edge of a bridge towering over a large river. The last thing heard is a gunshot before a "splash". |

He shakes his head. "I can feel so many vibrations in the ground that it's often too hard to pinpoint a specific thing, especially in a crowded village. I feel so many numerous footsteps all over the place. It'll help if we get up close to him though."

He shrugs as the approach the outer borders of the Land of Rain, where the village comes into view. "Who knows what it was or where it came from. We might get some answers there. All the more reason to move on."

Hard for u easy for me since u need all the things that I dont need when I prob know more earth then u just saying - looks at him- but u are stronger then most like me but there is ur weaknesses and rain looks like one of them - looks at the ground her hair wet already too and puts her hood up so her wig doesn't get ruined-

I've no doubt you'll be able to handle it, but it will still be harder than if it were dry. Even Gaara faced this problem once..." He trails off. "Normally I don't have to resort to using any diamond manipulations. But I don't think my sword-handling is going to cut it. If the rain makes the sand too clumpy, I can coat it with my diamond to keep it dryer., but it'll still be slowed down some."
He can now slightly make out the sight of the buildings in the Rain Village from their distance. "Hmmm, they resemble pipes..."

Pipes? And here will solve ur prob - throws him a canteen- dont open it till u need it.... And it's not water ether - looking straight ahead and her hood covering her face so he Cnt see her face

He looks at the container with a raised eyebrow. "And how will I know if I need it if I don't know what it is, I wonder...."
The two approach their final obstacle before entering the village, which is the large area of water that surrounds it, like a makeshift ocean. He takes a step onto the water and continues walking, keeping aware of any creatures below the water's surface.

He seems a bit doubtful since considering this is an enemy only he has faced so far, but he stores the canteen away anyway just in case it might come in handy. Looking across, he notices something odd.
"This rain... must have some purpose to it. Look." He points across the water. "Just looking straight, it looks like it's raining over this ocean and the entire village, but if you look at the water far ahead of us, you can see that the water close to the village isn't being hit by rain. The rain is only pouring in a ring around the village. Though there are dark clouds over the village as well, I don't think it's raining there."
