By opening the first of the Celestial Gates, the Initial Gate, the ninja is able to release the restraints in the brain and push the body farther. In Lee's case, he was able to increase his speed and power. To utilize the Omote Renge, Lee first loosens the bandages around his arm. With a quick dash he is suddenly below his target and a quick upward kick sends his opponent skyward. Lee then jumps into the air to place his chest to the back of his opponent. This allows the member to see all angles of attack. If an attack is near, the clan member will release a large of amount of chakra from their tenketsu. The member then begins to spin like a top, creating a whirling vortex that can nullify almost any attack.

The Genjutsu affects the user by attacking their sense of hearing. By combining their voices into a melody only toad's can sing, they can bind the body and mind of the one who hears it. The victims will feel themselves trapped within a binding cube held in place by four large toads. While under the Genjutsu, they will be vulnerable to outside attack. The Genjutsu's weakness stems from the length of time it takes for the toad's to come into harmony, and that as a hearing-based Genjutsu, it gives away their location immediately

Once the illusion makes them believe they are captured, Kurenai will appear from the tree itself and stab her target with a kunai.

This illusion takes the form of giant spikes which stake them in place and restrict their movement. A powerful enough ninja will be able to fight the bind to give themselves an opportunity to gain freedom.

<br>Tsukuyomi - God of the Moon-Tsukuyomi, named for the God of the Moon, is a Genjutsu technique which uses the Mangekyou form of the Sharingan eye to generate a powerful illusion. This jutsu is generated by the left Mangekyou eye. This highly advanced technique can not be used extensively because of the toll it places on the user. To utilize the illusion, the clan member will look into the eyes of his opponent and cast a Genjutsu spell on them. The illusion takes place in the mind of the one affected, while under the jutsu the victim is at the total mercy of the user. The user has full control over space and time in the jutsu and can place the one affected through any hell they desire for any length desired. The technique itself only lasts for but a second in reality, but the one affected could have lasted through several days of torture.

<br>It is said only a natural born member of the Uchiha Clan can overcome the illusion. To counter the technique, however, Mangekyou is not required. A highly trained normal Sharingan user can break the illusion, causing the Mangekyou user to experience additional weakness from using it

<br>Utakata – Ephemeral-Utakata is a Genjutsu technique utilized by Akatsuki member Uchiha Itachi. Itachi will start this technique by using only one finger on his right hand. His target does not have to look into his eyes, a glance at the hand itself will be enough. Once inside the illusion, he can control the visions the ninja sees. This illusion can also be used to play on the fears of the target, causing them to see and hear those who they care about degrade them.

<br>Amaterasu - Goddess of the Sun-Amaterasu, named for the Goddess of the Sun, is a Ninjutsu technique which uses the Mangekyou form of the Sharingan eye to create a powerful black fire. This jutsu is generated by the right Mangekyou eye. It has been said that anything within the Mangekyou's vision will burn to ash if consumed by the fire. The fire itself is said to burn for 7 days and 7 nights. Because of the amount of chakra needed to use the technique, it can only be used on a very limited basis daily. Though it is regarded as the strongest of Mangekyou's physical attacks, usage of the ability will degrade the eye further and lead the user to blindness.

<br>Atsugai - Pressure Damage-Fuuton • Atsugai is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Wind Element. After releasing his black Wind elemental from his body, Kakuzu will use the spirit to release a large wind blast. Working in conjunction with his partner Hidan, they can make use of Hidan's immortality to have Hidan get in close to their target and pin them down while the blast hits them both. Hidan will survive the blast but their target will normally not be as lucky.

<br>Baku Suishouha - Bursting Water Collision Waves-Suiton • Baku Suishouha is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed handseals, Kisame will expel water from his gullet. This will then expand into a large volume of water. Being from the Water Country, Kisame is at home with this type of jutsu. He can control the water by riding on top of the waves.

<br>Bunshin Bakuha - Shadow Clone Explosion-Bunshin Bakuha is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Uchiha Itachi. At first glance the clone appears to be a normal Kage Bunshin, but Itachi can detonate the clone at any time to form a very large explosion.

<br>Chakra no Mesu - Chakra Scalpel-Chakra no Mesu is a special Ninjutsu technique used by medical ninjas. After forming the needed handseals, the ninja will focus chakra to their hands. When their charged hands reach the body of their target, they can extend the chakra internally into the targets body to cut and neatly slice their muscles and blood vessels without harming the surface skin. This technique can be used in battle, but because of its hectic nature, the fine precision required for an instant kill is not feasible. Damage can still be done to the vital organs, but the technique should be used carefully in battle.

<br>Chidori - Thousand Birds-Chidori (a.k.a. Raikiri) is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Hatake Kakashi utilizing the Lightning Element. Chidori allows him to cut through any foe. Later, Uchiha Sasuke used his Sharingan and the training of Kakashi to also learn the technique. It was given the nickname Raikiri after it was said Kakashi used the technique to cut a lightning bolt in two. Chidori is used for assassination purposes. Activating the body to focus chakra to the hand, Kakashi and Sasuke's hand become enveloped by an electrical force. This force is their chakra altered in nature to an electrical current. By altering the shape of the force, similar to an electrical discharge, they can decide the power and range of the attack.
<br>
<br>After concentrating all the chakra into the arm, Kakashi and Sasuke use their quickness and the power of the thrust from the chakra to pierce any object with the extended forearm. Because their opponent can easily counter the attack, it requires a Sharingan user to make the technique worthwhile. The Sharingan will allow them to predict any moves their opponent decides to make and send their strike home into the target. Due to the high speed, the force emits a sound like a thousand birds chirping which gave the technique its name. Because of the great amount of chakra needed to utilize the technique, the technique can only be used so many times during the day.

<br>Chidori Eisou - Thousand Birds Sharp Spear-Chidori Eisou is a Lightning Element technique developed by Uchiha Sasuke. Sasuke is able to shape the Lightning Element to form an extending blade of lightning. Though unstated, this blade probably takes on Chidori's characteristics, including it's ability to cut through anything which stands in its path, allowing the sword to strike its target with ease. This attack may also be similar to Chidori Nagashi, causing the target to go numb from the electrical charge

<br>Chidori Nagashi - Thousand Birds Current-Chidori Nagashi is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Uchiha Sasuke out of the original Chidori technique. Instead of merely focusing the electrical force to his body, Sasuke is able to extend it outside of his body and through objects which he is holding. This allows him to create a protective zone around his person. This zone of electricity can shock and immobilize his foes, presumably by attacking their nervous system.

The two individuals used this technique to seal away Mouryou, a demon who sought to rule the world. At the core of the jutsu was Shion's bell, which held her true power to seal away Mouryou. Around Shion's sealing chakra Naruto poured his own to create a huge Rasengan sphere with enough power and sealing chakra to end the threat of Mouryou

These spikes can act both to impale his target and as a barrier to protect a comrade.

After bringing his hand to his mouth, Orochimaru will blow a large blast of wind capable of leveling almost anything in its way. A variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame.

<br>Dochuu Senkou - Underground Submarine Voyage-Doton • Dochuu Senkou is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Earth Element. After forming the needed hand seals, Kisame can sink below ground and quickly travel through the earth. By extending his Samehada above ground, he gives off the appearance of a shark travelling underground.

Then a large earthen wall will erupt from the ground. Yamato used this technique in conjunction with a Water Style Takitsubo Jutsu. This allowed him to form a large waterfall.

This will cause the earth to rise up and split apart. Once the ninja removes their hand from the ground, the earth parting will end.

<br>Gama Daira Kage Ayatsuri no Jutsu - Toad Flat Shadow Control Technique-Gama Daira Kage Ayatsuri no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that allows Jiraiya to merge into the shadow of subdued foe. Jiraiya can then fully control the victim from within their shadow, allowing him to more easily infiltrate foreign territories. If he has to use his other jutsu, he must emerge from the shadow. Once he fully emerges, the hold over his victim is broken and they regain control of their body.

The toad itself can then shrink back to normal size and retreat to safety.

Kisame will form the needed hand seals and then place his hand to the surface of the water. A shark of condensed water will emerge from each of his fingers to attack his opponent who is in the water below.

<br>Goukakyuu no Jutsu - Great Fireball Technique-Katon • Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it.

<br>Katon jutsu such as this are seen as a rite of passage into adulthood for Uchiha clan members. Once the member can manipulate fire, they are finally recognized as no longer being a child.

This technique is a combo jutsu used by Yamato and Naruto combing two of their elemental attacks. Yamato will use Hahonryuu, a Water attack, and Naruto will use his Wind Rasengan. Combined together they form a swirling typhoon attack, capable of repelling a strong Fire and Wind attack.

Its cold nature can freeze any nearby water, and its large mass can cause a large amount of damage when it impacts.

<br>Hiraishin no Jutsu - Flying Thunder God Technique-Hiraishin no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique utilized by the Fourth Hokage. The technique gave Yondaime his nickname "Konoha's Yellow Flash," due to his bright yellow hair and his ability to traverse great distances in the blink of an eye. A space-time jutsu like Kuchiyose, Yondaime first needs to mark his destination with a shiki (rite) first, he can then activate the jutsu to come to the mark. He can apply this to a weapon such as a kunai, and when thrown or used, he can instantly travel to it. He can also apply the mark to a touched area, such as his opponent or some other surrounding feature. No matter where the opponent goes, Yondaime can travel to the mark to kill them.

<br>Hokage Shiki Jijun Jutsu • Kakuan Nitten Suishu - Hokage Style 60 Years Retirement Technique • Sanctuary Enlightenment Enclosing Palm-Hokage Shiki Jijun Jutsu • Kakuan Nitten Suishu is a Ninjutsu technique unique to the First Hokage and his genetically infused double Yamato, however because Yamato is not Shodai himself, he does not have the same level of control. This hidden technique allows both men to control Jinchuuriki in conjunction with the unique crystallized chakra necklace. The crystal necklace responds to the First Hokage's chakra, which in turn allows them to control the chakra of the Jinchuuriki. This power was so coveted, it was said to be the reason Shodai was made Hokage, and why Yamato was made by Orochimaru.

<br>To use the technique, a complex string of handseals will be used, and the user's palm will be extended. The palm will bear the "sit" kanji. Drawing close, the user will place their palm on the chest of the Jinchuuriki and then withdraw, an emanation of chakra will then follow from the seal to the palm. Spiked posts will rise and surround the Jinchuuriki to corral them. In a short time, the Jinchuuriki's bijuu manifestation and chakra will withdraw from their body into the chest seal, eventually returning them to normal.

To the opponent the attack appears to be only the balls of flame, they do not see the hidden threat within the flames. Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai

She can also use this technique as a defensive measure, raising the ice to form a shield against incoming attacks.

<br>Jishaku Ninpou - Magnetic Ninja Arts-Jishaku Ninpou is a Ninjutsu technique used by Janin ninja Jiga. From an early age Jiga ingested iron and over time he developed the ability to magnetize this internal iron. This grants him the ability to magnetize other iron outside of his body. He can also manipulate common shinobi weapons, the mace he wields and satetsu (iron sand). He turns this ability on and off by slapping his stomach. He has to make sure and stagger his attacks, to allow him a moment to brush off any accumulated satetsu. If he remains in the "on" position for too long, the satetsu will cover his body, smothering him.

<br>After magnetizing his body, Jiga will draw in satetsu which he will disperse over his target. An electric current will pass between the particles, affecting the target's brain function. <br>Kage Bunshin no Jutsu - Shadow Clone Technique-Kage Bunshin is a Jounin level Ninjutsu technique. When Naruto stole the scroll of seals, he learned this technique as well. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. This makes Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train and learn with each clone added. This is especially true when used with Tajuu Kage Bunshin.

<br>Kamui - God's Majetsy-Kamui is a Ninjutsu technique which uses the Mangekyou Sharingan eye to generate an imploding transportation vortex. To begin Kakashi forms a handseal to change his normal three tomoe Sharingan into a new Mangekyou form. He then focuses on an area of his target. The surrounding area will then warp and collapse in on itself, quickly reducing the surrounding area to nothingness. The technique will transport the focused area away to another location. The technique caused a huge strain on Kakashi, utilizing a great deal of chakra. He was able to use the technique twice in succession and then revert back to three tomoe. It is unknown how many times he could use it before total exertion.

These fireballs will warm the atmosphere and create a powerful rising air current, which in turn generates thunderclouds. Sasuke will then form Chidori and raise his arm to the heavens. This will allow him to channel the lightning down upon his target. Because he is merely channeling the naturally created lightning, he is able to utilize a power greater than what a ninja could create with their own elemental chakra. Because this is also natural lightning, it will travel more quickly than any ninja could dodge. Upon calling down the lightning, it will create a powerful impact with a large amount of destruction.

This technique allows Orochimaru to levitate his sword Kusanagi. Forming the needed hand seal will cause the sword to activate and strike out against any enemy in the nearby area.

<br>Kusanagi no Tsurugi • Chidorigatana - Sword of Kusanagi • Thousand Birds Katana-Kusanagi no Tsurugi • Chidorigatana is a Ninjutsu technique used by Sasuke. Using his Kusanagi, Sasuke will create Lightning chakra which he will transmit into the sword. The metal will amplify the lightning current, making the blade almost unstoppable. This causes the sword to take on Chidori's natural ability to cut through almost anything. Should the sword strike a human, the charge will cause the target to go numb, lessening their ability to further counter the attacks.

<br>Kyuubi Chakra Blast (Unnamed)- This unnamed chakra blast is a Ninjutsu technique used by Naruto in his four-tailed Kyuubi form. Taking advantage of his Jinchuuriki ability to harmonize and use the chakra of his bijuu, Naruto will cover himself in the Kyuubi's chakra and his own blood. Expelling chakra particles from his body, he will gather the small orbs into a small spherical ball of chakra. He will then compress the orb down and swallow it. The chakra will build internally and Naruto will fire the chakra out as an extremely powerful blast.

<br>The blast is powerful enough to level the surrounding area and most anything which stands in its way. Orochimaru commented that if the blast directly connected with his body, even he would die. Even three of his powerful Rashoumon gates fell to the power of the attack.

The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state

It was given the nickname Raikiri after it was said Kakashi used the technique to cut a lightning bolt in two. Chidori is used for assassination purposes. Activating the body to focus chakra to the hand, Kakashi and Sasuke's hand become enveloped by an electrical force. This force is their chakra altered in nature to an electrical current. By altering the shape of the force, similar to an electrical discharge, they can decide the power and range of the attack.

Changing the chakra in her hand into an electricity, Tsunade can create an electric field to disrupt her targets nervous system. Because the brain and body communicate using electrical impulses, Tsunade can use the field to disrupt her targets ability to move. What results is commands to move one body part being relayed to another, making it near impossible for them to move unless they have high skill and understanding of the body.

<br>Rasengan - Spiral Sphere- Rasengan was a ninjutsu technique developed over the span of three years by the Fourth Hokage. The technique was taught to his sensei Jiraiya, who then passed it on to the young ninja Naruto years later. Like Kage Bunshin, Naruto would adopt the technique as a signature move and make it all his own. The technique is unlike other jutsu in that it does not require any handseals, it just relied on the ninja's ability to mold chakra. The ninja concentrates a contained, fast, rotating sphere of chakra in the palm of their hand which can cause much destructive impact.

<br>Thus the technique was pure shape manipulation of chakra, unlike most elemental techniques which are shape and nature manipulation. Hatake Kakashi stated the technique was unfinished for this reason, as the Fourth Hokage did not get a chance to add some form of nature manipulation to it and it was even unclear whether it is even possible for an elemental nature to be added. Naruto dedicated himself to this task though, in the hopes of fusing his Wind elemental nature with the Rasengan's shape manipulation. He eventually succeeded after long and hard training, which took advantage of Kage Bunshin's memory absorption capabilities. He was able to finish the jutsu in the span of a few weeks what would have taken a normal ninja numerous years. The new Wind Element version was thus named Fuuton: Rasengan.

<br>To teach Naruto the Rasengan, Jiraiya broke the training down into three parts. With a foundation of water and tree walking, Jiraiya wanted Naruto to create a flow of chakra from his palm and rotate it. By holding a water balloon in his hand, the released chakra would cause the water inside to move. The first act is to gather and maintain chakra in ones hand; this uses skills gained in the tree climbing exercise. Next the ninja needs to release a constant amount of chakra as learned in the water walking exercise. Finally the ninja needs to push and rotate the water inside the water balloon.

To utilize the illusion, the clan member will look into the eyes of his opponent and cast a Genjutsu spell on them. The user has full control over space and time in the jutsu and can place the one affected through any hell they desire for any length desired. The technique itself only lasts for but a second in reality, but the one affected could have lasted through several days of torture.

The fire itself is said to burn for 7 days and 7 nights. Because of the amount of chakra needed to use the technique, it can only be used on a very limited basis daily. Though it is regarded as the strongest of Mangekyou's physical attacks, usage of the ability will degrade the eye further and lead the user to blindness.

This fire can be made more powerful with the introduction of wind from a wind element attack.

The technique gave Yondaime his nickname "Konoha's Yellow Flash," due to his bright yellow hair and his ability to traverse great distances in the blink of an eye. A space-time jutsu like Kuchiyose, Yondaime first needs to mark his destination with a shiki (rite) first, he can then activate the jutsu to come to the mark. He can apply this to a weapon such as a kunai, and when thrown or used, he can instantly travel to it. He can also apply the mark to a touched area, such as his opponent or some other surrounding feature. No matter where the opponent goes, Yondaime can travel to the mark to kill them.

<br>Hokage Shiki Jijun Jutsu • Kakuan Nitten Suishu - Hokage Style 60 Years Retirement Technique • Sanctuary Enlightenment Enclosing Palm-Hokage Shiki Jijun Jutsu • Kakuan Nitten Suishu is a Ninjutsu technique unique to the First Hokage and his genetically infused double Yamato, however because Yamato is not Shodai himself, he does not have the same level of control. This hidden technique allows both men to control Jinchuuriki in conjunction with the unique crystallized chakra necklace. The crystal necklace responds to the First Hokage's chakra, which in turn allows them to control the chakra of the Jinchuuriki. This power was so coveted, it was said to be the reason Shodai was made Hokage, and why Yamato was made by Orochimaru.

<br>To use the technique, a complex string of handseals will be used, and the user's palm will be extended. The palm will bear the "sit" kanji. Drawing close, the user will place their palm on the chest of the Jinchuuriki and then withdraw, an emanation of chakra will then follow from the seal to the palm. Spiked posts will rise and surround the Jinchuuriki to corral them. In a short time, the Jinchuuriki's bijuu manifestation and chakra will withdraw from their body into the chest seal, eventually returning them to normal.

From an early age Jiga ingested iron and over time he developed the ability to magnetize this internal iron. This grants him the ability to magnetize other iron outside of his body. He can also manipulate common shinobi weapons, the mace he wields and satetsu (iron sand). He turns this ability on and off by slapping his stomach. He has to make sure and stagger his attacks, to allow him a moment to brush off any accumulated satetsu. If he remains in the "on" position for too long, the satetsu will cover his body, smothering him.

<br>After magnetizing his body, Jiga will draw in satetsu which he will disperse over his target. An electric current will pass between the particles, affecting the target's brain function. Because the brain uses low voltage impulses, the impulses will be disrupted causing their mind to short circuit. They will be temporarily stunned, allowing Jiga to attack with his other weapons.

<br>Kage Bunshin no Jutsu - Shadow Clone Technique-Kage Bunshin is a Jounin level Ninjutsu technique. When Naruto stole the scroll of seals, he learned this technique as well. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. This makes Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train and learn with each clone added. This is especially true when used with Tajuu Kage Bunshin.

<br>Kage Shuriken no Jutsu - Shadow Shuriken Technique-Kage Shuriken no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing a giant Fuuma Shuriken. <br>Kamui - God's Majetsy-Kamui is a Ninjutsu technique which uses the Mangekyou Sharingan eye to generate an imploding transportation vortex. To begin Kakashi forms a handseal to change his normal three tomoe Sharingan into a new Mangekyou form. He then focuses on an area of his target. The surrounding area will then warp and collapse in on itself, quickly reducing the surrounding area to nothingness. The technique will transport the focused area away to another location. The technique caused a huge strain on Kakashi, utilizing a great deal of chakra. He was able to use the technique twice in succession and then revert back to three tomoe. It is unknown how many times he could use it before total exertion.

<br>Kirin – Kirin-Kirin is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Uchiha Sasuke out of the original Chidori technique. Sasuke will first launch fireballs into the sky above using his Gouryuuka jutsu. These fireballs will warm the atmosphere and create a powerful rising air current, which in turn generates thunderclouds. Sasuke will then form Chidori and raise his arm to the heavens. This will allow him to channel the lightning down upon his target. Because he is merely channeling the naturally created lightning, he is able to utilize a power greater than what a ninja could create with their own elemental chakra. Because this is also natural lightning, it will travel more quickly than any ninja could dodge. Upon calling down the lightning, it will create a powerful impact with a large amount of destruction.

This technique allows Orochimaru to levitate his sword Kusanagi. Forming the needed hand seal will cause the sword to activate and strike out against any enemy in the nearby area.

<br>Kusanagi no Tsurugi • Chidorigatana - Sword of Kusanagi • Thousand Birds Katana-Kusanagi no Tsurugi • Chidorigatana is a Ninjutsu technique used by Sasuke. Using his Kusanagi, Sasuke will create Lightning chakra which he will transmit into the sword. The metal will amplify the lightning current, making the blade almost unstoppable. This causes the sword to take on Chidori's natural ability to cut through almost anything. Should the sword strike a human, the charge will cause the target to go numb, lessening their ability to further counter the attacks.

<br>Kyuubi Chakra Blast (Unnamed)- This unnamed chakra blast is a Ninjutsu technique used by Naruto in his four-tailed Kyuubi form. Taking advantage of his Jinchuuriki ability to harmonize and use the chakra of his bijuu, Naruto will cover himself in the Kyuubi's chakra and his own blood. Expelling chakra particles from his body, he will gather the small orbs into a small spherical ball of chakra. He will then compress the orb down and swallow it. The chakra will build internally and Naruto will fire the chakra out as an extremely powerful blast.

<br>The blast is powerful enough to level the surrounding area and most anything which stands in its way. Orochimaru commented that if the blast directly connected with his body, even he would die. Even three of his powerful Rashoumon gates fell to the power of the attack.

<br>Mizu Kawarimi - Water Replacement- Ninpou: Mizu Kawarimi is a Ninjutsu technique used by Shizuku under the influence of Yomi's evil medically enhanced chakra. While in his enhanced form, Shizuku can freely transform his body into liquid. This form allows him to avoid taking direct damage from many physical attacks.

<br>Mizukiri no Yaiba - Sword of Draining- Taikigakure Ryuu: Mizukiri no Yaiba (Hidden Waterfall Style: Sword of Draining) is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a sword. The sword can be wielded in the normal fashion, allowing the ninja to cut and stab like a normal blade.

The ninja can also send an electric current through the whip to electrocute their opponent. The whip will function in the normal fashion, such as allowing the ninja to whip the crap out of little kids.

<br>Mizu no Tatsumaki - Tornado of Water- Mizu no Tatsumaki is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a spinning water vortex around the ninja. The water acts both as a barrier and attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious.

The beams can converge to form a half spherical barrier to deflect an incoming blast.

Using his ability to utilize Mokuton (wood release) techniques, Yamato will form handseals and cause beams of wood to emerge from the ground. The beams will converge around his body to form the shape or individual he wishes to transform into. Unlike regular Henge which just transforms ones appearance, Mokuton Henge creates a physical material to hide ones appearance. This technique works best when the copied person is at least partially made out of wood.

While in his partially transformed Shukaku form, Gaara can inhale a large amount of air into the Shukaku chest cavity. He can then exhale the air in a large gust capable of turning back an incoming attack.

<br>Oodama Rasengan - Big Ball Spiral Sphere- Oodama Rasengan is an advanced Ninjutsu technique developed by Uzumaki Naruto. This larger Rasengan uses a Kage Bunshin to form a more powerful version of the technique.

<br>Plasma Ball (Purazuma Booru)- Plasma Ball is a technique which uses the power of the Gelel stone to form an electric barrier. This barrier will create a sphere of protection around Ranke and let her approach her target without fear of being damaged by incoming attack.

<br>Raging Thunder (Raijingu Sandaa)- Raging Thunder is a technique which uses the power of the Gelel stone to create a powerful Gelel barrier around Temujin and his sword. This barrier allows Temujin to take an attack directly and in turn use the Gelel power to overwhelm his oncoming foe and attack them back.

<br>Raigeki no Yoroi - Lightning Strike Armor- Ninpou: Raigeki no Yoroi is a Ninjutsu technique used by Kurosuki Raiga. One of Raiga's many lightning based jutsu, this technique is used in conjunction with his two swords. Drawing his two swords together, Raiga spin the blades to generate a disk of lightning which will then pour down to cover his body and his swords. This electricity will envelope his body in a protective armor which will harm anyone who dares strike him directly.

<br>Raikiri - Lightning Edge- Chidori (a.k.a. Raikiri) is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Hatake Kakashi utilizing the Lightning Element. Chidori allows him to cut through any foe. Later, Uchiha Sasuke used his Sharingan and the training of Kakashi to also learn the technique. It was given the nickname Raikiri after it was said Kakashi used the technique to cut a lightning bolt in two. Chidori is used for assassination purposes. Activating the body to focus chakra to the hand, Kakashi and Sasuke's hand become enveloped by an electrical force. This force is their chakra altered in nature to an electrical current. By altering the shape of the force, similar to an electrical discharge, they can decide the power and range of the attack.

<br>After concentrating all the chakra into the arm, Kakashi and Sasuke use their quickness and the power of the thrust from the chakra to pierce any object with the extended forearm. Because their opponent can easily counter the attack, it requires a Sharingan user to make the technique worthwhile. The Sharingan will allow them to predict any moves their opponent decides to make and send their strike home into the target. Due to the high speed, the force emits a sound like a thousand birds chirping which gave the technique its name. Because of the great amount of chakra needed to utilize the technique, the technique can only be used so many times during the day.

Before going into battle, Sasuke placed two summoning marks on his wrists. From these wrists he could quickly summon multiple bladed weapons, including various forms of shuriken

<br>Rairyuu no Tatsumaki - Lightning Dragon Tornado- Ninpou: Rairyuu no Tatsumaki is a Ninjutsu technique used by Kurosuki Raiga. One of Raiga's many lightning based jutsu, this technique is used in conjunction with his two swords. Drawing his two swords together, Raiga will raise them into the air and draw lightning down upon his body. The current will be contained within and around Raiga's form. He will then begin to spin in place forming a whirling vortex of wind and electricity. The vortex will take on the form of a dragon and strike out against his opponent. Even if the attack doesn't directly connect with his foe, the lightning can jump from the vortex to hit a nearby target.

<br>Ranshinshou - Chaotic Mental Collision- Ranshinshou is a Ninjutsu technique used by the Sannin Tsunade. Changing the chakra in her hand into an electricity, Tsunade can create an electric field to disrupt her targets nervous system. Because the brain and body communicate using electrical impulses, Tsunade can use the field to disrupt her targets ability to move. What results is commands to move one body part being relayed to another, making it near impossible for them to move unless they have high skill and understanding of the body.

<br>Rasengan - Spiral Sphere- Rasengan was a ninjutsu technique developed over the span of three years by the Fourth Hokage. The technique was taught to his sensei Jiraiya, who then passed it on to the young ninja Naruto years later. Like Kage Bunshin, Naruto would adopt the technique as a signature move and make it all his own. The technique is unlike other jutsu in that it does not require any handseals, it just relied on the ninja's ability to mold chakra. The ninja concentrates a contained, fast, rotating sphere of chakra in the palm of their hand which can cause much destructive impact.

<br>Thus the technique was pure shape manipulation of chakra, unlike most elemental techniques which are shape and nature manipulation. Hatake Kakashi stated the technique was unfinished for this reason, as the Fourth Hokage did not get a chance to add some form of nature manipulation to it and it was even unclear whether it is even possible for an elemental nature to be added. Naruto dedicated himself to this task though, in the hopes of fusing his Wind elemental nature with the Rasengan's shape manipulation. He eventually succeeded after long and hard training, which took advantage of Kage Bunshin's memory absorption capabilities. He was able to finish the jutsu in the span of a few weeks what would have taken a normal ninja numerous years. The new Wind Element version was thus named Fuuton: Rasengan.

<br>To teach Naruto the Rasengan, Jiraiya broke the training down into three parts. With a foundation of water and tree walking, Jiraiya wanted Naruto to create a flow of chakra from his palm and rotate it. By holding a water balloon in his hand, the released chakra would cause the water inside to move. The first act is to gather and maintain chakra in ones hand; this uses skills gained in the tree climbing exercise. Next the ninja needs to release a constant amount of chakra as learned in the water walking exercise. Finally the ninja needs to push and rotate the water inside the water balloon.
<br>Step One
<br>Jiraiya thus broke down the training into three steps. First Naruto had to rotate the water and break the water balloon; this step emphasizes rotation. The rotating chakra must spin in proper synch with the body. When the body and spirit energy mix to form chakra, it rotates clockwise or counter clockwise within the body of the ninja. The ninja will need to spin the chakra within the palm in the same direction it does in the body to attain maximum efficiency. Naruto had trouble popping the balloon with the first step, because he was unable to make his chakra rotate randomly with on
