Because he has an urgent matter which he could not leave its a powerful ninja who he has captured and is attempting to interrogate but he said he needs you now so do not delay and I trust you won't forget where you rank next time the courtesy won't be there if you answer like that anyway I can take you to him now

im not sure apparently a spy from Otogakure but im not privy to that information I am just high enough up to be told to come find you but it is in a cave just outside of the village it's the spy's headquarters apparently and Zaka has him there
