Watch all those special animations of his ultimate Jutsu. He has a ton, up until about 5:05. They just look... badass, and the music too.
And that's just for Ultimate Ninja 3 and 4 O.o
I especially love the one at 2:33 (or 3:29 in Japanese). The way they show it miss twice, taking away CHUNKS of scenery, and the fear in the opponent's eyes as they SEE it doing that, knowing that each time he opens his eyes, they could be next, is epic and terrifying.
