so i have been ddoing some reading... and the Rinnegan...it is unlocked by descendents of both the senju bloodline and the uchiha bloodline to unlock that power you would have to have both correct? if so that would have ment that madra would have had to implant part of his uchiha bloodline within pein at a young age because the uzumaki clan is a blood decendent of the senju right? and i was reading naruto's bio and before itachi died he said something about giving naruto some of his uchiha powers hoping he never had to use it...and again he mentions it after being reserected by kabuto during the war and he releases himself from kabuto's hold by activating part of the uchiha powers within naruto ...so would this mean that naruto is also able to activate the Rinnegan later on?

It's actually more like, the Rin'negan is an Uchiha Kekkei Genkai, passed down by their ancestor, the Elder Son, who inherited the Sage's eyes. I'm not sure if Senju blood is needed to awaken it, but it is needed to use it as well as Madara can. Now, Nagato doesn't have the same blood as Madara, which is why he used it less effectively. The Uchiha (and possibly Senju) blood is only needed to awaken the eyes, meaning the eyes are already "asleep" within the person who has the blood. The Rin'negan won't awaken within someone without it, just like the Sharingan won't awaken in anyone without the Uchiha bloodline. Now Nagato is like Kakashi. Neither have the blood for the eyes, but they can have the eyes implanted after they've already been awakened in someone else, like Obito's Sharingan awakening in Obito or the Rin'negan awakening in Madara. In Naruto's case, when Itachi trapped him in his Genjutsu (which didn't need eye-contact), one of his crows had a Sharingan in its left eye. That crow was the one with Shisui's Mangekyō Sharingan in it. It was designed to appear if Naruto were to see Itachi's Mangekyō Sharingan, and use Shisui's Genjutsu with an order to "Protect Konoha", because Itachi foresaw his Amaterasu trap failing, Sasuke wanting to destroy Konoha, Sasuke implanting Itachi's eyes in his own, and Sasuke fighting Naruto, which would have all taken place as he predicted. What he meant by "power" was the crow holding Shisui's, or at that time Itachi's power, to use against Sasuke. When the crow came out in his fight with Itachi and used Kotoamatsukami to free Itachi from Kabuto's Edo Tensei control, Naruto no longer had the gift Itachi placed inside of him, because the crow left his body and was burned by Itachi's Amaterasu, so that Kabuto couldn't use Shisui's eye either. Basically all Itachi gave Naruto was a crow with Shisui's Sharingan eye holding presumably the most powerful Genjutsu technique in existence, though I beg to differ if Itachi can control people with his normal Sharingan, and do it from a greater range, according to Shikaku lol.
