True but that only means that your village is progressing an upcoming war .. It does matter who the target is... Have you even thought about your orders... Why they were given? A assassination at this point of time on any shinobi of the allied forces would be considered a act of war

Your not very trusting lord hokage... * as they step into the hokage building he activates his technique whitch sets a barrier like area around the entire building * .. Before you suggest me do anything ... You should think .. Why would I try anything in my home?I have surveyed this entire village and it is open to a massacre from three different locations that your gaurds down ever or even watch... ...

Clone of naruto still facing Kai from above * ... being a ninja.. Has nothing to do with justice ... Justice is just a word nothing more nothing less .. In the world their is good and bad.. I've encountered both and I claim neither... I see the way you feel about this even so from what I understand zaka is a member of the sand seven.. An elite force like the anbu that assassinate for a cause
* he pauses for several moments. and then speaks again* sound like the clouds have a personal vendara with this man... But then you should go to war with the sand.. Because the kazekage was also the worst( by worst I mean he assianated much more them zaka due to his fighting style compared to zaka) of the assisans of the sand seven... Zaka atleast was humane about the kills * he closes his eyes *

The kage he has an army of undead soldiers and they have the uchiha clan... For the locations of the holes in your security it behind the moutain the north gates corners... I suggest you also set up a perimeter anbu squad

Shikayero looks the map over. "Dragging an army over the mountain would risk tiring them out... but it provide them with a strategic point. And I am already working on fixing the problem with the north gate. I have a program in session that is assessing everyone's skills and training them in specific skills i think they should all have. I will post a squad to keep eye on the mountain immediately."

*The bird seems to take the bread happily before gulping it down with a shake of its head. With its job complete, the bird rears its head back, letting out a wild squawk as it flaps its wings erratically. In that moment, the bird ignites into flames, taking almost no time at all before the small blaze turns into a pile of ashes on the ground. In his hand, the note reads:*
Dear Hokage,
Do not let your guard down. Not even for a second. I know you believe your mountains can help you by tiring out the enemy, but there is something you must know about Zetsu. If what I've heard about them is correct, they won't be marching over your mountains. They'll be marching through them. The gates won't be your problem. The ground beneath your very feet which you stand upon isn't safe. Your fighting more of a monster than a ninja.
This war might very well threaten my own as well. I'm willing to offer my services for hire against this force. If you should accept my offer, you can contact me through the Raikage. Tell him that... "K sent me", and if he doesn't believe you, just tell him that "Wind is more impossible to dodge than lightning.". He will listen to your proposal right away. Request my help, and for the Leaf and the Cloud to form a... temporary alliance. I promise you won't be denied.
As for payment... we can work that out when this is all over. I'll consider your cooperation as a down payment already. ... I look forward to working with you. It would be a shame for our two countries to meet each other in this war on... opposing sides. I should hope it doesn't come to that. When you've made up your mind, you know what to do.

Shikayero looks out the window as the bird bursts into flame. "well that was a waste." He looks back at the note reading it. "It seems somebody else has the same information as you and I do naruto. A Shinobi of the Cloud Village is requesting an alliance and warning that our borders are worthless because the enemy will be coming from underground." Shikayero puts the note down and placing his hands in a position somewhat similar to shikamaru and closing his eyes. "We need ... to do research. We could potentially require the service of many earth chakra specialists but first we need to know more about these people."
