Kai: 'Damn.. it's going to be hard proving this now. My actions just changed the course of the future slightly. What I saw didn't happen because of my interference. Now I just look like the bad guy...' "Hey you in the back! You're in danger! This girl..." *His air is cut off as he suddenly doubles over, holding his stomach with a gasp while looking down to see a fist firmly planted in his abdomen, just a fist from seemingly nowhere. Looking behind the girl, he can see that one of Sekiryō's arms had vanished into thin air, instantly recognizing it as a space-time Ninjutsu.* "... fool..." He winces in pain and falls to his knees.*
Sekiryō: *Having gotten up, he walks towards the two, rubbing his chin slightly, sounding kinda pissed off.* "I don't know what your problem is. That shuriken trick was obviously meant to distract your real target - me, but I won't let you attack others, especially her. Though..." *He continues rubbing his jaw.* "You pack a seriously powerful kick..."

"You'd think kids these days would respect there elders." Kage muttered still in her stance just in case her were to move. The older kunoichi copied her mother's old phrase with a little bit of sadness evident in her voice at the end. ".... Who the hell are you?" She asked looking down at the boy.

Kai: *The young man glared at her, his face showing no signs of backing down.* "I'm not obligated to say, but I know exactly what I saw. You can't fool me."
Sekiryō: *Now a bit intrigued by what the boy is saying, or maybe it's curiosity.* "I just squared us off with that punch, now tell me what you're talking about, if you won't give your name."

Kage frowned a little bit completely confounded by what exactly is going on. "What the hell are you talking about boy?" She asked grumbling as she lessened her stance going to stand at Sekiryou's side.

Kai: *Eases himself to a standing position, glaring at the girl now.* "You know full well what I'm talking about. Or maybe... you don't..." *His face seems to blank out with a sudden thought.*
Sekiryō: "You obviously see Kage here as a threat to me, but she wouldn't hurt a fly." *He somewhat laughs to himself as he corrects himself.* "Ok, she could and would hurt more than a fly, but neither of us would hurt the other. You're mistaken. If you try to attack again, you're going to get hurt. I've gotten over my fatigue from healing her now."
Kai: *Shakes his head in frustration, growling slightly.* "Grrr, no! You don't understand!"

"I'd rather give my life than hurt Sekiryou..." She said honestly glaring at the kid. ".... and I'll show you 'she wouldn't hurt a fly' Seki-koi." She said softly smirking a little bit as she crossed her arms nudging him playfully for a second her full attention not moving from Kai though.

Sekiryō: *Smirks back, playfully pinching her side.* "I'm sure you really would too." *Then looking at Kai.* "I think you're the one who is misunderstanding here."
Kai: *Begins losing his patience with the naive pair in front of him.* "Grr, look! You might not be aware of it, and neither might you." *He said, looking at Kage.* "But the things I see don't lie to me. If they did, I'd have died long long ago."

"The 'things' you see are subject to the personal choices made. I made my choice 600 years ago that I'd never harm MY Koi no matter the cost." She said simply flexing her fist. "Ive had to prove it to somebody by beating them to a pulp before and you wont be any different either, kid." She leaned back slightly till she rested partially on Sekiryo.

"I know they are. In this case, it was because of a personal choice that I made in response to what I saw, that I prevented it from happening altogether. Had I not..." *He looks down to the ground.* "Something dark and... evil would have surfaced and attacked. That's what I saw."
Sekiryō: *Now has a confused look on his face, looking between Kage and Kai.* "Dark... you said?" *Something clicks in his head, although he still doesn't fully believe Kai, and leans into Kage slightly.*

Kage frowned a little looking at him. "... What the hell are you talking about?" Kage frowned a little bit. "I know I've been called dark... and evil... countless times but that is in the past.... If i feared that thing would rear it's ugly head within me I would not be anywhere near Sekiryo.... not with the dangers lurking about." She muttered to herself as she looked at the boy. "but.....if to be...safe..."
She shook her head and looked at the boy "Describe... what it is you saw exactly?" She asked on edge now as she moved slightly farther away from Sekiryo doubting herself now. Her aura sparked a little bit as if to check the seals she had placed within herself and to make sure they were locked tight as per usual. She barely relaxed when she felt them as secure as possible. Her right hand tapped her thigh unconsciously a spark of her power coming off of her due to her tenseness. The spark evaporated into the light as soon as managed to bounce off the metal covering over the pocket of her tight cargo pants. She looked at Sekiryo a bit of worry etched in her face cautiously fully aware of herself now and every part of her energy except for the hand tapping the metal because of her habits.

Kai: *He remains silent for a while, trying to best describe what he had been able to see.* "....... claws. I saw claws. Claws that shred. Enormous wings. And... empty yellow eyes."
Sekiryō: "You saw what?" *His eyes widen slightly, mistakenly picturing his Darkside in his mind, Claw, believing Kai to have been mistaken, all the while moving with Kage as she tries creating distance.*

Kage tensed a little bit thinking of her 'demon' side. She frowned a little bit ".... It's impossible... my darkness was tamed ... and I resealed it earlier when i re-awoke." She pointed out shaking her head in disbelief. She glanced at Sekiryo catching his eyes to silently ask him what the slight terror in his eyes seemed to be. Her hand still continued to tap against her thigh as she stood there. "Chaos is tamed .... Sekiryou's essence assured me of that.... She...isn't strong enough to over power him " She muttered a little bit fully believing in what she said as she stood there. Her aura spiked again as she double checked Chaos' seal not finding any disruption in it as she stood there.
Her right hand finally came to a stop when she brought it up to run her fingers through her hair. "Are you sure that is what you saw?" She questioned once more as she let her hand fall to her side once more.

Kai: *Shrugs.* "I could draw you a picture if you'd like. It was hard to see what the rest of it looked like, because it was shrouded in an aura of shadows."
Sekiryō: *He shakes his head at her as if to say "It's nothing.".* "She? Do you mean..." *He lets out a sigh.* "She isn't strong enough to overpower me, but it's the same for me. She and I are equal."
Kai: *Arches an eyebrow.* "She? Who is 'she'?"
Sekiryō: "... my mother."

Kage shakes her head "there's no way she's in on this Seki..." She muttered hopefully as she grabbed his arm slightly her eyes hard but worried about that. She winced slightly feeling something tug at her heart slightly like the geostigma had done centuries before. Closing her eyes "...." She held her head as a sharp pain hit her full force causing her to stumble somewhat and fall to the ground in agony her shadow splashing out as if it were water disappearing for a second before settling.

Sekiryō: *The moment she falls down, Sekiryō is kneeling down next to her in an attempt to comfort her, a hand on her shoulder and a worried face.* "Kage? Kage!"
Kai: *His eyes go wide and spacey again, as it had done before.* "Oh no..."
(Yeah this was a lazy post. I need to get ready for work lol >_> )

((  )) "She clutched her head somewhat wincing in pain unlike herself. The shadow that had softened her blow pulsed with darkness before settling. Her eyes were clenched tightly as she was put into his arms somewhat. Her whole body felt like it was trying to tear itself apart for a moment before all of the pain disappeared. |

At least I got paid lol  )) Sekiryō: *Continues to hold Kage steady throughout all of her convulsions and jerks of pain, fearing the worst for her before she finally calms down somewhat as the pain subsides completely. He looks down with somewhat uncertain and worried eyes.* "Kage...?" *His hand moves to touch her cheek softly, and then to her mouth to check if she is still breathing, feeling a wave of relief to find out that she is.* |

Kage whimpered a little bit as she felt the pain leave her. "...That felt worse than the stigma did..." She muttered eyes closed still in pain.

((Hmm, well she's looking for a specific signature of Darkness, a brand that only the Incarnation or Creator uses. The shadow manipulation is more along the lines of Yin Release, but it's close lol))
Sekiryō: *Smiles and chuckles somewhat sadly, as if trying to lighten the mood.* "That looked more painful too. At least the worst is over. ... what happened?"

"I don't actually know." She said softly clutching her head. "A disruption of my energy flow.... or something.... i'm not entirely sure..." She muttered before leaning back against him.( So .... let me start having fun...hehe.) She sighed and looked up at him. "Sorry for causing so much trouble lately, Seki." She said softly before lifting her hand to stroke his face ever so softly. "I'm not sure what's going on with me.... " She said softly as she angled his face down towards her her right hand moving to his neck to push him down somewhat as she pulled herself up somewhat keeping her lips a centimeter away "Here's something I forgot to give you for awakening me a while ago" She said softly and honestly closing her eyes before closing the gap between them.
