*The waters at the top of the Valley of the End churn and ripple from the relentless onslaught of the howling winds, causing dark clouds to race by overhead in the night sky. Moonlight beams down every now and then as it finds an opening between the clouds. Atop the statue of Uchiha Madara, a dark figure stands looking onward at the lake by the falls, focusing on the middle of the large body of water with crimson eyes - the only thing about him that can be seen, for even though it isn't too dark to see, his body appears as a silhouette with no substance to it at all.*
"Finally, it's time. May those who oppose know the meaning of true fear, and come to regret their decisions against the world they inhabit."
*He lifts up both of his arms. In each hand he holds a small sphere, one black and the other white. With a quick toss, both of the spheres are hurled toward the water, where they both stop and hover over the center of the lake, both circling each other, while slowly sinking into the depths below, followed by silence.*

*The figure lifts his arm up towards the sky, where suddenly the wind just stops cold turkey. The clouds freeze as well, both seeming to wait in suspense for what the figure is about to do next. Now all is coated with a blanket of complete silence.*
"Rise again, Almateria!"
*The figure throws his hand out, and a shock-wave emanates from the center of the lake where the orbs sank, causing the ground to briefly quake violently as if a huge earth plate was just shifted a few miles out of place. From the violent shift in the earth's crust, a small boulder peaks up from the lake's surface, appearing as a simple large rock in the middle of the water. Silence follows once again.*
*A sudden crack sounding like a violent thunder breaks through the sky and pierces the silence, creating an extremely fast-swirling mass of clouds, looking like a vortex, right above the rock. The entire lake bed starts to glow a dim light that penetrates the surface, showing something large coming from down below, and the ground once again begins to quake even more violently than before as more plates are pushed to the side from... whatever it is underneath. The rock in the lake begins rising at the same time, made easily visible even in spite of the violent shaking of the land. As the rock rises, it becomes clearly apparent that it is connected to something bigger underneath as the rock turns into more of a hill, which continues to grow in size as it rises, becoming more of a mountain while the glow of the lake becomes brighter and brighter as the source begins to near the surface. The lake's surface by now is bubbling and churning violently as what lies at the bottom forcefully begins to surface, revealing more and more rocks beginning to poke out, all most likely mountain peaks as well. The figure's shadowed clothing can be seen blowing violently while he himself remains perfectly still, focusing his concentration on the task at hand.*

*Water begins to flood from the lake and onto the shore and beyond from the mass below pushing it upward as the mountain peaks grow in size from the small boulders they first appeared to be. Soon, the ground around the lake begins to crack and fissure as the shaking becomes more violent. Beams of light can be seen shining from the cracks, which intensify as the ground continues to break apart more and more and push up large masses of earth, beginning to create a small ring-shaped mountain range around the lake as the thing below continues to push upward.*

*From the lake and from the cracks in the ground, the peaks of large building structures begin to pierce through and emerge into visibility, the mountains already towering over one thousand feet above them. The radiated light grows in intensity, while subtle black waves radiate from it now and then. The waves increase in their intervals as more and more emerges from the depths below. More structures begin to unveil and become more defined, and now even the remains of what used to be trees, now just enormous stumps to indicate how large these trees were in their prime. More earth is pushed to the side on the outer boundaries of this upheaval, as a larger mass of land pushes up from it and begins to separate the rising land from the quaking land from which it is rising. The two witnesses begin to rise with it as well, as they are standing atop this rising land. In the center of what's left of the lake, a chaotic swirl of glowing white and black can be seen barely in the depths, but steadily closing in on the surface. A low ringing noise is associated with it, more of a hum, like what one imagines from the opening of a wormhole. Lightning from the swirling clouds above begins to strike down, seemingly drawn to this bizarre mass in the water.*
*The figure continues to keep his arms outraised, lifting them higher and higher as if this action is pulling this... thing from below the surface.*

*The sensation of being lifted up more and more as the ground rises up never leaves while the chaotic mass of swirling light looms closer and closer to the surface. By now, mountains and entire forests, albeit dead, can be seen, as well as many large cities and villages with towering monuments and roads, cliffs and valleys, as well as its own rivers and lakes. The bit of lake left hiding the lower point of this mass shallows more and more, all the while making the black and white chaos more visible, before suddenly, bright and dim orbs of black and white color begin to shoot out from the water and incredible speeds, before diving back in, their pattern appearing as if they are rotating around something as if they are electrons orbiting the nucleus of an atom, at speeds that would easily remove one's head on impact. At this time, the figure would leap from the statue of Madara from where he stood, landing just above the lake's surface without actually landing on it, right above the spot where the storm of black and white is rising from. The black and white orbs that continue to shoot out and dive back in come dangerously close to, but never make contact with the man as the now apparently enormous mass of black and white energy comes closer and closer towards him from below.*

*the sound of roaring rushing water can be heard now, more intense than the waterfall of the valley, and if one were to approach the edge of where this upheaval began, they would find themselves to be standing on a very large mass of land, now floating hundreds of feet above the earth's surface, allowing them a bird's eye view of the Valley of the End, to see a large, enormous continent-sized crater where they had just stood before. Air thins slightly as the mass of land continues to rise, and wind becomes more violent and noisy as the jet stream is approached.*
*If they were to then look back towards the lake, they would see that this lake is actually the lake of THIS new land, which had been sitting below the lake of the valley, and is now draining the excess water, which is flowing off of the side and back down to earth. And as they would look back, they would see this mass of chaotic energy finally emerge to the surface, resembling a very large, very unstable black and white Rasengan, which had been created from the black and white orbs thrown into the lake earlier. The pressure created from this chaotic energy is large enough to threaten throwing all who are near it right over the edge of this land mass, but as it rises and envelops the figure completely, it suddenly stabilizes, causing the energy within it to rotate and flow in a calm and gentle nature, like the slow passing of clouds on a lazy day. Looking into this swirling sphere would seem like looking into a boundless void, almost as if it were an eye into something deeper within.*

(( Well that was random XD Who is Pein's father anyway? Oh, and you belong in a tree cause you're a nut hahaha )) *The sphere of energy slowly begins to contract and collapse, taking on the shape of a human as it becomes apparent that it is being absorbed into the figure's body, which goes from looking like a silhouette to looking like a figure of clouded black and white. In a quick motion, the figure throws his arms out, causing this energy to jettison from his body in the form of many beams moving at the speed of lightning, zig-zagging through the air and spreading across the floating island. A portion goes towards the dead forests, where it impacts the ground, causing a surge of energy to rise and restore the trees to their former glory, while another portion goes to the cities and village, causing an unnatural light to emanate from them as if the cities themselves are illuminated by nothing but their own existence. The water also takes on a golden hue, or at least one falls in particular, which almost appears to become a waterfall of pure light, pouring into a basin of pure darkness, swirling where the two meet. Similar fountains erupt within the cities as well. The remainder of the energy either sinks into the ground, to an unknown location, or it spirals its way up to the highest peak, where it gathers and forms a bright, yet dim sphere, with a swirling disk revolving around it.* *The figure then lowers his arms, stepping down onto the lake's surface, taking a step forward as the silhouette around him vanishes in the light of the sunrise.* Sekiryō: "Nearly five centuries... I've kept you hidden for far too long." (A general look, unless I find something more fitting lol)

Sekiryō: *He turns his head towards the source of the voice, vanishing in a blur to silently reappear in front of the two, seeming to be standing in mid air. Not hovering, but standing, on something apparently solid. He looks at the two with a solemn look and an air of serenity.* "Hello, and welcome to Almateria. Or, as you will henceforth come to know it as... a myth." *The sclera of his eyes go from a normal white, to a pitch black, and the entire continent in the sky begins to give off an indigo aura, swiftly fading from existence, along with the man who had just spoken, to re-emerge in another location.* *The two others, however, do not fade, and as the mass of land fades completely beneath their feet, gravity once again proves its existence by forcefully pulling them back down, to fall into the now even larger lake above the Valley of the End than had been there before. The upheaved land begins to slowly reform and repair itself, to make it appear as if nothing had transpired here, with no trace of what had happened left behind.* (( Well I don't know THAT much XD The manga never says who it is. The figure here was just Sekiryō reviving his fallen country, which had fallen when he fell sick and couldn't keep it suspended anymore. It's gonna be needed for this war lol. And I know. I picked the darkest one I could to represent my character haha ))
