2 done so far. I need to start training more before I run out of Pokemon of mine to use, because I know those ones work. Anyway time to talk about a very peculiar Pokemon who hasn't had a lot of spotlight ever since... its existence really.
Ok, to be brutally honest... wow. What the hell? It's base stat total is only 360. HP is a different stat from the rest. As you see, though all have the same base stat of 60, HP maxes out higher. The HP max stat formula is different than other stats. But still, it's bad. HP, Spinda's greatest stat, is lower than a lot of other Pokemon's Attack or Speed stats. This is why Spinda hasn't seen much action. Stat-wise, it's terrible.
But I'm not here to rip on Spinda, because Spinda is epic. I'll tell you why now. It's because of his new Dream World ability, Contrary. Let's look at a set that I have personally used, and have been able to sweep even Cynthia's team, using a Spinda at the same level as her Pokemon.
<Not a sweeper? On the Contrary!>
Lv100 - Contrary
Brave
@ Leftovers / Fist Plate
IVs: 0 Spe
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
----
HP: 324
Atk: 240
Def: 157
SpA: 156
SpD: 156
Spe: 112
----
~Superpower
~Return
~Trick Room
~Sucker Punch
This is it here. The Spinda to end all Spinda. You may notice the ultra powerful new move Spinda has, Superpower, and might even be wondering why I hacked a Superpower onto a Spinda. The answer is that I didn't. Along with Contrary, Spinda also gets this colossal attack from the Dream World.
You also might be thinking that on such a weak Atk power Pokemon with also frail Defense, why would I give it a move that, after you use it, LOWERS both its Atk and Def one stage. That's because of Spinda's kick-ass ability, Contrary. Whenever Spinda would get a stat boost, his stats will drop instead, and whenever something would lower his stats, they'd boost instead. See where I'm going with this? Every time Spinda uses Superpower, it gets a +1 in Atk and Def, boosting Atk by 120 each time and Def by 78.5. After 2 Superpowers, you have a Spinda with 480 Atk and 314 Def. What a beast!
Of course, Spinda is kinda slow, as you can see. It can't hit things before they hit him, so it'll die quickly. So why then did I give it a Speed- nature and give it 0/31 Speed IVs? That's because of the Trick Room you see in its moveset. Using Trick Room makes slower Pokemon go first for 5 turns, allowing Spinda to outspeed around 90% of the enemy and OHKO them with his other 3 attacks. Obviously Superpower will be his main move, hitting things hard and hitting many things for super-effective damage, while boosting his Atk power even more and buffing his Def. Watch out for special attacks though, like Vacuum Wave, which will OHKO from a Lucario, and it goes first.
Spinda's next move is Return. With full happiness, which is easy to obtain, Return's power reaches 102, and gets boosted to 153 thanks to STAB since Spinda is a Normal type, which makes it stronger than Superpower against neutral hits. Finally, Spinda's last attack is Sucker Punch. This can be useful against Pokemon using Quick Attack or Mach Punch to try and outspeed your Spinda in a Trick Room. It also serves as an option to hit Ghost types, which neither Superpower nor Return can do anything against. Also, if and when Trick Room's effect wears off, and your Spinda is too low on HP to set up another Trick Room, you can catch the opponent off guard with a surprise Sucker Punch backed by around 600 Atk (by the time Trick Room runs out), most likely KO'ing them. Sucker Punch is rarely seen coming from a Spinda, especially one like this who appears to use Trick Room to be able to go first, so they won't expect it to be carrying Sucker Punch.
This set really shines with support though, as it is hard for Spinda to be able to set up Trick Room on its own and then attack without dying right away, so I developed this Pokemon to help get Spinda going, and it's very effective. This Pokemon can, and has, taken down 2 Lv100 Pokemon, at the current level it is now. It might be a surprise at first, but it can be explained easily.

~Endeavor
~Dragon Rage
I know. It's only Lv1, and it has 0 IVs in 4 stats while only given 252 EVs. But it can take out at least one Lv100 on its own, if not two, and this is how.
Trick Room on the first turn, and then get hit. Focus Sash activates to leave Smeargle with 1 HP. You are now faster than the opponent thanks to Trick Room.
Use Spore on the second turn. Unless the opponent has priority moves like Quick Attack, a berry to cure sleep, or an ability to prevent sleep, this will always work.
Endeavor on the next turn. The move brings the opponent's HP down to the same as your Pokemon's HP, so it will have just 1 HP left.
Finally, finish it with Dragon Rage. Your Lv1 has successfully defeated a Lv100.
However, this set's purpose is really to Trick Room and then use Endeavor on the second turn to bring the opponent down to 1 HP. Even if Smeargle isn't hit on the first turn, Endeavor will still bring the opponent down to 12 HP, which is oodles more than enough for Spinda to KO it.
After it has successfully weakened the opponent down to 12 or less HP, let Smeargle faint.
With Trick Room still in effect when Smeargle faints, Spinda then comes out and KO's the opponent's weakened Pokemon while swiping a +1 Atk and Def boost free of charge, and then getting another one on the next opponent before it can hit Spinda, bringing it up to 480 Atk and 314 Def. F.E.A.S.T. stands for "Focus Sash, Endeavor, Attack, Smeargle, Trick Room. Lame parody of the "F.E.A.R." Rattata, I know. I know.
Put shortly, Smeargle sets Spinda up to abuse Superpower for Atk and Def boosts with near impunity, and then once Trick Room runs out, Spinda can set up another or go for a Surprise Sucker Punch at 600 Atk. As I said, this set works, since it once solo'd Cynthia when my Spinda was at the same level as her team, once I first got rid of her Spiritomb of course.
Someone has used a similar Spinda strategy online, which allows me to easily show you how effective this is:
